Artifact Level Requirement Change

As we all know, players are abusing the 50-99 level bracket.

A simple change would be to make the level requirement for artifacts after level 80 1.25x, rather than the 1.2x+10 limit we have right now. At level 75 the 1.2x+10 art equation is equal to 100. With my new equation, it would be at level 100 at level 80 instead of 75, but I would keep the art level requirement

In between those levels, the requirements for arts will not change.

Level 74 - 98.8
Level 75 - 100
Level 76 - 100
Level 77 - 100
Level 78 - 100
Level 79 - 100
Level 80 - 100
Level 81 - 101.25
Level 95 - 119.75
Level 96 - 120
Level 97 - 121.25
Level 98 - 122.5
Level 99 - 123.75
Level 100 - 125

This would ensure only level 100+ could obtain blob arts, and would reduce the amount of players in pvp that are overly powerful, as blobs are very easy to farm for an alt once you are able to kill them.

Sounds like a nice solution, as always there are arts obtainable that are near that cap aswell, but not near as farmable as Blob arts are. I'm for it.

This would definitely help that level bracket in PvP matches. +1

Its abused it 100+ pvp also, players 100-117 can't use pvp zhersis arts and as such have no chance with those who farm z arts regularly.

so the problem is the same in both brackets?
Arts aren't meant to make pvp matches one sided as it is now, they are meant to improve your pve abilities so...

Make arts leveled in both brackets like player level is,
lvl 50 for 50-99 and
lvl 100 for 100+ pvp

there we go thats the best balance ever for pvp and would make it fun again for those whom don't have blob/zhersis arts

Yes its actually worse (way more unbalanced) in 100+ bracket because of this art problem
