Yeah I agree with Drac it's a fairly solid setup, a little low on damage for me but I'm comparing that to a bit higher level arts. In terms of where to improve I perfer a bit higher attack speed, but that's not super necessary. I agree with what Drac said in that the all resist and the level 74 art look like they would be the first to replace, I'd also look to replace that last one (with just shield and health) with something with mainly shield but other stats as well.
In terms of what to look for and advice, remember that you only need 50% all resist for PvP purposes, anything more than that is just buffer for resist debuffs so anything over 100% is useless, for PvP, for PvE you want to have if you can 75% resists or thereabouts, most PvE enemies don't debuff resistance so you don't often worry about having a buffer or not. Back to the point, you will most likely find a good 50% all resist art with other bonuses faster than if you only shoot for 75% all resists. I also am a big fan of having like a few 10-30% all resist combo arts in reserves for switching to PvE for that extra boost to defense or for just putting 2 of them on and getting all the resist I need.
Also I'd say look for stuff with a decent amount in lines of two or more bonuses, like for me if I see something like for me if I see two or more of the following list I definitely look to see how good it actually is.
80-100% Hp to 150% Shield
60-100% Shield to Hp
+15-40% All Resist
+20-60% Attack speed
+50-100% of one damage type
The lower numbers would be for on an art with like four other useful stats, and obviously as the number of useful lines go down the higher those numbers have to be to still be worth it. And that's just my numbers you probably will want to aim lower than that to begin with, I just thought it might be insightful to see how I look for new arts.
Other than that start farming steel to max all your ship upgrade ETs, and then to max your other weapons so you can have at least five max upgraded weapons equipped.
